I have been learning Kathak Indian Classical Dance since the age of 5. My guru is Gopi Batra (https://soundsofkathak.com/)who is a disciple of Antonia Minnecola. I have given over 10 performances at various theaters, libraries and schools and supported fundraisers/causes such as California Wildfires, International Cultural Integration and supported local business such as coffee shops.

My interest in promoting the health of our community through research in healthcare and biomedical fields, combined with my long experience with dance makes me an ideal champion of the Expressive Arts Therapy cause.
